How a Teamwork helps a newborn child at Primary Health Center Kharik Bhagalpur.

Working as an ANM at rural-based primary health center Kharik, District Bhagalpur often faces challenging situations due to infrastructure and a smaller number of medical equipment. She never expected her training and expertise given by CARE India would one day help save a newly born child in the most unexpected situation.

It was a wee hour of the cold morning on 19th November. Suddenly a newly pregnant mother admitted to hospital. She was conscious and struggling with her life due to labor pain.  Babita Kumari, who is a labor room in-charge at the facility. she became a lifesaver for both Rani Khatoon and her newly born child.

Rani Khatoon 21, arrived for her first birth at 8:10 AM early morning but after having all her health examinations at Primary health center. ANMs advised her and her family members to wait until the cervix would not come to the active phase. She, along with her mother-in-law, was waiting in the Labor ward-room.

During the stay, an outsider not known, whose relatives came for a health checkup at the PHC. Some chit chats happened and he has prescribed Rani Khatoon’s mother about medicines and injections for smooth delivery. Her mother became influenced to the outsider without taking any consultation from doctors/ANMs. she bought it from the local medical shop and given to her. The medicines and injections could not relieve her pain and instead, she suffered heavy labor pain within three hours. At 1:35 PM, she has given the birth of a male child who was having difficulty to take breath properly.
Babita Sister, who immediately inform to BM Care and explains the details that her child was not breathing after birth and had to be resuscitated. It was also a coincidence that on the same day, A BRG meeting has been scheduled at ICDS office and the repeated call was coming by the CDPO ma’am for attending it.

As per the united nations data, 802,000 infants died in India last year, and over 8 lakh newborn babies die in India every year. If they get the right treatment at the right time, they can be saved. Being a Block Manager Care India, I know how crucial these first golden minutes of a baby’s life are, instead of attending BRG meeting I have given first priority to save the baby's life and postponed the meeting for some other days. I was more concern about the newly born child's life.

I immediately inform the details with Dr. Karm Chand, A Medical Officer-in-charge at Kharik PHC. The one-day-old baby weighs 2710 grams- difficulty to breathe on his own. The baby was in critical condition and battling for his life, but the constant efforts of MOIC and his teams, a ray of hope had arisen for the baby. and a smiling relief of sigh had come in everyone's faces.

The doctors and ANMs manage to resuscitate and stabilize him, suddenly again baby went into the shock, and all attempts at helping him were falling. later doctors and BM CARE decided to transfer the baby as soon as possible to the better-equipped main hospital in the district at Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College and Hospital, Bhagalpur. where the child could get advanced care.

BM CARE, immediately called to Ambulance driver, who had gone far to drop out a patient at home but I instructed the Ambulance EMT while returning to PHC, be assured that all the medical arrangements and Oxygen cylinder must be ready without any further delay. The ambulance reached PHC after 25 minutes. till then the entire medical team was giving their full percentage to keep the baby safe.

Before referring the baby to the JLNMCH Bhagalpur, BM-CARE checked, whether all the essential medical equipment’s inside the ambulance is available and functioning or not. BM-Care was also in constant touch with the EMT until the safe admission of the baby in the hospital. Apart, From the next day, both BM-Care and Babita Kumari, ANM, were in constant touch with the mother and relatives of the child and taking progress report daily.

Now, the baby is stable and recovering faster than earlier and is doing well. Babita Kumari, ANM says every child has the right to survive and thrive. save a child’s life without any personal purpose that is one of the biggest rewards of her career. she proudly says, every planning and training like SBA, AMANAT JYOTI helped to ensure the safe delivery of Rani Khatoon's baby. Although it was a difficult situation for the family. I am glad I was able to help and I am proud to be a Registered AMANAT Mentor Nurse!

Rani Khatoon’s relatives are very happy after receiving such facilities and treatment care given. Rani says it was a miracle for the family. we didn’t expect anything after such an incident and now once again we could see the happiness in my life.

The Real Meaning of Independence

We are going to celebrate another independence day and like every year again several of our leaders are preparing for a long list of speeches about freedom, development, policies etc. As an Indian, I feel proud to myself to be born in a great nation of the world but another side I also feel ashamed of myself when I read or hear the news about girls is heckled by men on the street or girls are raped by some of our intellectual class of people. As per the record, In India, 106 rapes occur every day and on average a rape occurs in every 54 minutes.

Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru, in his speech as the first Prime-minister of free India, said: "A moment has come, which but comes very rarely in history, when we step out from the old to the new, when an age ends, and when the soul of a nation, long suppressed, finds utterance…..we end today a period of ill fortune and India discovers herself again." So, post-independence, it was the journey of a long-suppressed nation towards freedom, development, and enhancement.

So what has changed after the 71nd years of independence? What does Independence mean for us? India is obviously free more so on paper and the good thing about August 15 is that it is only independence for a nation and not for its citizens. India today, is asking for justice – Justice for Bihar Muzaffarpur shelter home rape case, Justice for the Utter Pradesh Deoria shelter home rape case, Justice for the kautha rape case, Justice for the Unano rape case and Justice for all of our sisters and daughters of the nation.

Being a free nation and a proud citizen, it’s our responsibility need to liberate ourselves from the caste and religious biases in which we often indulge. We must not force others to live the way we want them to and yet we want the ‘freedom’ to do exactly what each one of us wants.
Are we really proud of the present status of the country? Every day in the news, there is one disaster story after another and still after many years of independence a large number of people in our country who do not have the freedom to eat, sleep, bathe or go to the toilet.  It is a vital truth to accept as the number of Billionaires from India is increasing but at the same time number of people living below the poverty line is also increasing so what we have achieved through the independence?

India is in the process of change and we should not feel shame in accepting that our country is not the best in many areas (like Governance, security, infrastructure, and education, healthcare). It’s up to the conscious citizens to decide whether people would like to live in a Global power where creativity flourishes, ideas emerge or they want to live in a traditional way of functioning

So, on this day, we all citizen have to pledge to unite against every wrong doings in the society and should not differ in our voices against the quality of education, jobs, equality, justice for all and ultimate our working systems.  If everyone will give equal participation then no doubt India will find its real meaning of Independence.

The Skills of Yesterday will be Obsolete Tomorrow

Technology is reshaping the world and every moment a new innovation taking place in our daily lifestyles. The dynamics of every sector and industry are changing faster than ever. Sometimes what we imagine, somewhere it is already exists or someone start working on it.

There is no exception India will surpass China to become most populated country by 2022. According to labour ministry data, around one million people enter the workforce in India every month. And in context of the revolution the world is going through, agriculture is no longer the dependable occupation it used to be.

According to the Future of Jobs report by jointly the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI)- Nasscom with Ernst & Young (EY). The report provides insights into the future of jobs and vision of change for the job market in India by 2022. The report claims that 9% of India’s 600 million estimated workforces would be deployed in new jobs that do not exist today. This will be due to the impact that various primary forces such as globalization, demographic changes and adoption of exponential technologies by Indian companies are expected to have on key sectors.

As per the UN based International labor organization (ILO) report Unemployment in India is projected to increase from 17.8 million last year to 18 million in 2018. It is sadden for a country like India whose 60-65 % of population is below 35 Yrs old.  There are several questions arises like who is responsible?  Where we are lacking? And how long it will take to solve these problems?

No doubts there are several challenges and it is not new for everyone. Still after several years of independence we are helpless to produce tech giants like Apple, Google, Facebook, Microsoft and etc in India. We are not able to offer quality education as per the changing trends on time to time. It is a need of the hour to offer a platform to our kids from the school days to think about the solutions of a problem rather than to inform/teach them about the problems, whatever the conclusion arrives among the students, their ideas should be appreciated, whether it is wrong or right? This way of education somehow will be helpful for our budding generations to develop entrepreneur skills in their thought process.

From the first industrial revolution which was triggered by the steam engine, the second revolution was discovery of electricity and assembly line. The third revolution which we all are familiar and was driven by computers, digital technology and the internet. Today, we are stepping ahead in the fourth industrial revolution which is being driven by several technologies that are transforming industrial production: autonomous robots; censors based driver-less cars and vice versa.

A McKinsey report estimates that 400-800 million people around the globe could be displaced by automation and will need to find new jobs by 2030, for which they will require new skills. There will be considerable need for re-skilling and training and this fourth revolution will build a new creativity and leadership opportunity among job seekers because it will develop a market among youngsters how innovative skills can apply.

Startup culture in India is nowhere and mostly people are dependable on findings a secure job instead to look for anything else. Now the time has come to regain the India’s image in the worldwide through its education system and our focus must be on social sector – education, health, nutrition where new technologies will enable us to improve the quality of life and enhance our human development index.

In our education system the teaching methodology should be appropriate as per the current market demand; it will not only help to minimize the unskilled work forces but a new and well knowledgeable skills forces will produce which will be directly and indirectly helpful for India.

The current need of the changes is;
- First, we must focus more on practical based education system rather than mere degrees.
- Secondly, we must constantly upgrade skills, which is very essential in the current context as India needs massive upgradation programmes in new technologies.
Third, we must focus on to teach our budding kids to finding a solution of the problems instead to tell them about the problems.
Finally, the world is changing and we should also have to change accordingly if we want to be a global power.

The Freedom of Free Speech in India

The guarantee of free speech in India is very difficult to understand as it’s not in our hands but in the hands of Politicians & some particular groups who itself makes the policies and later makes the fun of it.  We are living in the same country which takes pride in being the “world’s largest democracy.” But I have been wondering for quite some time – how democratic is India?

As per our Indian constitution grants freedom to  every citizen of India to raise the questions or to speaks out but sometime these choices back fire to us by same politicians and their political groups who themselves claims as a messiah of the citizens.

If a so called nationalistic party like Congress who was in the power of this country for approx 60 years but it is very unfortunate that Congress is up to arms against Filmmaker “Madhur  Bhandarkar” movie called “Indu Sarkar” which is going to be released this week on 28th July as the movie is based on the 21-month Emergency between 1975 and 1977 imposed by then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, where many of our biggest leaders had to go to jail, people was struck in their homes, press was  completely banned to air or published anything related to govt policies & their actions.

Apart recently a comedy group All India Bakchod (AIB) was threatened on social media by some political affiliated groups for posting a picture of Prime Minister Narendra Modi with a snapchat dog filter. These are the few examples that show how in India some political parties and their affiliated groups are trying to impose ban in the citizens’ choice of speeches/freedom and not being allowed to raise any such questions against their own leader’s failure.

This should mean that people can’t protest what they don’t like, Of course they can. It is their democratic right, but what we must watch or make mimicry of someone is it also a choice of our own way of freedom as we are living in the 21st century and we are understandable enough to take our choices of free speech.

Now the time has come to move a step forward and raise the questions against those who try to stop our freedom of choices, is that possible in India??

A Memorable Journey towards Patna Dairy Project (SUDHA) Patna

The weather today morning was awesome and even the breakfast was so good. What could be an awesome start of the day like this? Even we had a memorable journey to visit Patna Diary Project in the mean while. It was an awesome to be a part of this memorable life experienced with the friends & facilities staffs’ members.

While reaching the Patna Diary Project, Patna Office at the main gate security guard welcomed us, and also politely helped our driver to park the vehicle in the parking slot. The excitement was increasing to enter into the building but somehow due to some enquire purposes we have had to wait for sometimes outside of the machine plant premises. I never wanted to miss any such opportunity so I start capturing the every beautiful moment in my cell phone. While clicking somehow I have observed that the decoration of the plant, trees, flowers plants, Vehicle parking slot, securities in such a way which can’t be ignore.

Finally the long awaited moment has arrived we entered the premises where I found that the two statue of “Dr verghese’ kurien” (The Father of white revolution in India) in the reception hall. Somehow within few minutes we got an opportunity to interact with Mr. “Arvind Kumar Sinha” (Deputy Production Manager). He was so much calm and patiently hearing our every questions and accordingly giving answers without any hesitation which personally admired me a lot.
Our first knowledge interactive conversations started from “Raw Milk Reception talk”. This is the place where all the milk which comes from the outside tankers is collected and goes for the checks in the computerized system. After this process as soon as possible milk send to chill machine to cold it. The time duration of the chill is 5-6 hours but it also depends on the weather. Total 15 workers are working to manage this whole process and on average everyday 50K to 60K lit per day/night  milk pasteurized .

Milk comes here from only 25km of radius in the plant due to safe, pure and secures reaching purposes. Total 19 milk collection centres are in 5 different districts of Bihar namely Nalanda, Patna, Vaishali, Saran and Shekhpura.

Now we moved to next plant of “Cream Extracity"(Butter Churn) here we have seen how the milk pasteurized, mixed and then finally separate in different varieties. In this room there are 7 different sizes of Sylo tankers which capacities are 33000, 35000 & 60000 respectively. Apart we also got to know about Butter making processes and packaging methodology so in this process the ghee melted in boiler at the temp of 125 to 130 degree Celsius.

After the Ghee making processes we moved to Ice Cream section. In this section we got to know about what different ingredients mixes while making an Ice-cream and what level of the temp could be there to maintain the heat capacity not to melt it and then finally it goes to packaging part.
We moved to next section of the plant where I/we got to know about the Lassi/Matta processing and packaging it. Where we got to know about how without the help of any such fermentation finally curd is prepared? Apart in the process every minute 35 to 40 Pcs of curd packet is ready. In the meanwhile we also got to know that due to Lactic Acid Bactria finally curd automatically start preparing.

Now our next destination was “Peda Production”. Where we got to know that there is a mini tank whose capacity to keep the milk is about to 2000 kg. Here they boiled the milk and finally till the thickness process they continued does it and later on mixes the sugar as per the quality of taste. Apart we also got to know about on everyday basis 3 tonnes of milk is condensed to make Peda and finally packaging it and go to the market.

Our last destination of the plant visit was “Powder Processing” in this plant I got to know that around 40 degrees Celsius milk fully boil under vacuum process to convert into the powder.
The moment we all had been waiting since many times to interact with the higher authority of Sudha Diary. Finally we all interacted with two higher authorities (Not remember the name but let’s call them Mr. X & Y). Both gentlemen were so kind hearted but Mr. X was so active in our conversations in comparing with Mr Y. Everything was going well while interacting, at first we all introduced their self then after sometimes we have watched a documentary related to SUDHA Co-operative society and their vision for the rural farmers. Later on we received the “Ice-cream and Peda” as a good gesture from them. The taste was sweet & delicious and my mouth was watering to eat more but somehow I try to control it.

Now the real moment started when everyone were interacting and asking several questions related to Sudha Dairy Project, like as How Co-operative works?, Channel of distribution, customers and its strategies. To know about customer perception and market demand of Sweets. To understand how a project is prepare and how it helps a company in his development and several others. During the conversations Mr. X sir has explained the things in very bold and open manner and even he also explained us the various varieties of Milk. Varieties of Sudha Milk: - 1. SUDHA GOLD Available in 500ml 6.0%FAT, 9.0%S.N.F 2. SUDHA SHAKTI Available in 500ml and 1000ml. Pack 4.5%FAT 8.05% S.N.F 3. SUDHA HEALTHEE Available in 500ml and 1000ml. Pack 3.0% FAT, 8.5% S.N.F. 4. COW MILK Available in 500ml and 1000ml. Pack 4.5% FAT, 9.0% S.N.F.

The conversations were running well and everyone was so excited to ask every single doubt and ultimate finally every got succeed except one (Mr. Divyanshu) as he missed to ask one question as what Sudha Dairy also got any such problems during the Food Scam ?

Finally but not the least I will only say this visit somehow help me to understand the Distribution channel, benefits and problem of supplier. Apart I also came to know about the operation management and inventory policy of the company and finally the time management is very important in perishable product and I learn a lot about from this visit.

An Open Letter to NDTV Ravish Kumar by a Common man

Dear NDTV Journalist Ravish kumar,
I am a common man and not a very famous personality like you. Even people don’t know much about me in our surrounding but I think that being a commoner is good to write an opinion in pros and cons of any issue without any problems. I was thinking to write something and I got to know the news about your own brother “Brajesh Pandey” who caught in a sex scandal. What a coincidence? Sir, I try not to write one single word but your previous Tweets & opinions in support of Anti national People start recalling in my mind, How you used the journalism as a weapon?

I personally respect you as the way you pen down the thoughts in every issue but I never knew that you are a that type of Journalist who always see the Time, Topic & Place to express the opinions. You have written several opinions in pros and cons of our political and social systems and whenever you get any such opportunity, you start bombarding with the unknown facts & figures but ultimately i think an opinion is always good for a healthy democracy.

Sir, in politics out of many only one becomes the king. Kisi na sach hi kaha hai,Politics har logon k bus ki baat nahi (someone rightly said that Politics is not for everyone’s cup of a tea). The current Vice President of Bihar Congress Committee “Brajesh Pandey”, none other than Ravish Kumar own-brother, has been booked in POSCO ACT for Molestation of minor daughter of Ex-Bihar Congress Minister and is also accused of running a sex racket.

I understand that this is not the fault of your brother as he only used to rape a minor girl but he also makes you (Ravish Kumar) in limelight again as I still remember last year when you were in limelight in support of such Anti National people and even you pen down your thoughts and participated in several events in favour of these anti social culprits and as a frustrations you were directly putting the hate polluted messages everywhere against the RSS affiliated wings.

Now, you must have to be happy as you get a new topic to pen down your thoughts in against or favour as you are more familiar in expressive based opinion. This is a golden opportunity to shut the mouth of your opponents like me and stand up and raise a question against your own brother and show the world you are not the same Journalist who pen down the thoughts in every social topic.
Jai Hind!!

Your Faithful
A Common man raising a question

Union Budget 2017-18 is on the way to announce within two days by the finance minister- Arun Jaitely, which will give a clear roadmap picture for an entire one year of development. This year Budget is more talkative than past several years of Budget as first time in the history of India that the Railway budget will be included in the general budget.

This budget is also more essential as recently government has scrapped the higher valued notes of Rs500 & Rs1000 from the markets, the decision though commendable from the combating black money aspect, has caused significant liquidity issues in the economy, which the effect market is staring at temporary job losses. As per the study conducted by India’s largest organization of manufacturers, since after demonetisation, micro-small scale industries suffered 35 per cent jobs losses and a 50 per cent dip in revenue,

IMF (International Monetary Fund) projected India GDP growth rate at 6.6% for 2016-17 against its earlier estimate of 7.6% and even The World Bank cut India's GDP growth for 2016-17 fiscal to 7 per cent from its previous estimate of 7.6 per cent citing the impact of demonetisation.

Government have to keep all these questions in mind before announcing it. From every sector people have so many expectations in announcements but it’s also true that government can’t make every faces happy but still the expectations are more as budget should be people friendly, industry friendly and social eco-friendly.

As a commoner, I have multiple expectations from this budget as govt. must have to offer some relaxations in Taxes for middle class or lower middle class families Govt. must keep in mind that at least 10 million young people enter the work force each year and it’s therefore essential to craft an economic policy that creates jobs and for that govt. must announce some Tax relaxations for start-ups as it will not only help to creates more jobs but will also helpful to make GDPs strong.

Education is one of the top where govt. has to give attention more as an educated population is essential for nation’s prosperity, which is a key component to achieve the government's vision of Make in India, Digital India and Skill India. it is  need of the hour for students  to get some Tax rebates, for education loan to higher education. Higher Education continues to be an expensive provision for the average youth of the country.

After demonetization, govt. is having a bet its future on digital India but still there are so many issues are coming its way for such an immediate shakeup. If Govt. wants to make digital India then they must have to announce free online transaction charges as still some sectors of the economy continue hostile with the lack of readily available cash, grassroots businesses are still being revolutionized with electronic payment capabilities, and masses of people continue transitioning towards new ways of paying for basic goods and services.

Finally, I hope this budget will seize the opportunity of launching the next wave of reforms, by reviving investment, reducing Taxes and creating new job opportunities and finally make a people thumb-ups of development promises.

Amma (Jayalalithaa) : we will always miss you

Amma, A nick name itself explain many things about the irony women. She was not only a political leader but was also a Messiah for many people. Her lost will definitely affect the statehood of the people.

Jayalalithaa did not need and had never needed the media hype as many of us seen/heard in the News as among the thousands gathered outside Apollo Hospital during her last hours. Many of her followers started crying and even eager to know about her day to day health conditions. Many of them started doing religious activities for the well being of her life that determines how she was famous among their well wishers.

Her Political career saw her rebound from corruption cases and rise to the chief ministership of Tamil Nadu five times because of her development agenda for the welfare of needy people. Her political campaign strategy was completely different and a unique for the nation.

She was not much active on Social media apart she was also not much into the main stream media for branding herself, instead she took the personal branding of state services to a whole new level- with subsidies Amma canteens, Amma medicines, Mineral water, salt, and Cement on top of freebies like induction stores, laptops, bicycles, mixer grinders, gold coins and many such more.

Any state can develop and judge by their administrative efficiency that Tamil Nadu has seen a leading state in attracting investments and easy of doing businesses. She helped her state achieve a competitive diversity of industry and services, during her first stint as Chief Minister; for example, she pulled off a achievement by getting FORD to invest in the state- which paid off in terms of Tamil Nadu developing into one of India’s premier auto hubs.

Finally, she was not a Politician of Photo-ops, but a lady with the messiah for many.

You will always miss

AMMA!! Your soul rest in peace.

who is American choice of 2016: Trump Vs Clinton ??

The US presidential election is still few days away, and none can predict  100%, who will enter the White House as the next president, as both Republican Candidate “Donald Trump” and democratic candidate “Hillary Clinton” are trying to use every single possible campaigning strategy to grab the chair.

As per the survey conducted by different agencies till third week of Oct “Hilary Clinton” being ahead by 5 to 11% margins against her counterpart “Donald Trump”, which is huge. Many of the US elections are won on margins of less than 2%.

Earlier, some opinion polls put Trump ahead  but after the leaked of a 2005 video tape which containing his obscene comments on women and the revelations that he avoided paying taxes for 18 years that put a question mark over his suitability for the post of US President .

Now it’s “Clinton”, she too is facing serious allegations over the mishandling of classified emails as secretary of state ahead of the Polls in the last moment, which is a political gift to Trump to make a new strategy against his counterpart and comeback in the race.

Recent opinion poll till 1st Nov conducted by ABC news, that put Donald trump ahead of the democratic rival by the margins of (45-46)1 point that gives some relief to Trump and more dreadful to Clinton. Now it’s very pleasant to predict, who will be the real winner of the White House as both rivals are showing their final leg of strength to attract voters.

India is also closely observing the presidential election to understand how bilateral ties between the two countries would progress. Else, One thing is clear from the Republican and Democratic campaigns, the next President of the United States will impact the trading partners of America and their respective economies.

What might a Trump presidency look like for India-US relations? Most of what Trump has said about India, and about its neighbors, suggests that he would lift the Indo-US relationship out of its rut. As president, he could well disrupt the balance of power in Asia, shifting it in favor of India.

While Clinton is a known quantity to Indian government officials: First Lady for eight years, US senator for another eight, then secretary of state for four. All the while she has been a friend of India.

Finally, whoever will be the next American President as the world community is also anxiously waiting to see how the new US administration will respond to important international issues, including China’s assertive posturing in the South China Sea, the crises in Syria, Ukraine and Iraq, the menace of terrorism and others?

Why is India so bad in sports ??

A nation feels proud while their players win a dozen medals in the global competitions and for a billion plus nation it matters a lot because it’s not just only make nation proud in globally but also motivates millions of youth to come forward, to play and make India proud.

In Beijing Olympic 2008, our medal tally were just 3 (1 Gold and 2 Bronze) and during London Olympic 2012, our medal tally drag to 6 that lulled us thinking we were racing towards sporting powerdom, even our official predictions of at least 10 medals in Rio 2016.

Frankly a billion no of Indian were hopeless to get a single medal at Rio Olympic as our every top performer athletics has lost their game but kudos to Badminton champion P.V. Sindhu’s silver towards the end of the Rio Games sparked an outpouring of national pride and celebrations, along with wrestler Sakshi Malik’s late bronze.

A billion plus nation is expecting more when our player’s performance has been improving in globally but in Rio Olympic, we seemed unable to deal with the added pressure, and we seemed to lack the depth required when coming up against some really impressive competitors.

India, a country obsessed with Cricket, has never finished high on the medal table — winning just 28 from 24 Olympic appearances.  Why our Players were struggling to win a medal?? If we can celebrate while winning a medal then why not we have to think about our poor performance??

According to me some of the common reason behind our Poor Performance at Rio Olympic; we don’t have special fund especially for sports. We don’t have good trainer cum training academy. We don’t focus much to encourage other games (except Cricket), even sometimes it’s very difficult to find mutual understanding between Players and Coach (As most of the athletics players feel unconscious with their coach because of some kind of harassment). Indians are a large and diverse gene pool. We don’t spend enough or in the right direction to win Olympic medals. We don’t have a decent sporting culture or a grassroots pipeline to catch young talented in sports. Apart as partly true a dozen no of Indian Parents don’t support kids to play and even participate in sports as it has no future.

It is important to see numbers, Australia with a mere 20 million pollution, averages around 50 medals in every Olympics. The total amount it spends on sports around Rs 700 crore, of which 80% (Rs 560 crore goes into Olympic sports but in India, Sports Minister Vijay goel in rajya sabha on 26 July 2016 said that his minister is going to spent Rs. 49.2 crore ($7.3 million) on India’s Rio athletes that included Rs 25 crore under Target Olympic Podium (TOP) scheme. Apart from another 49.2 million ($7.1 million spent on 67 sports federations since 2012. This is nothing compared to the Australia, which has gone from any Olympics also ran to Top 10 position.

In general India is weak in sports that require world class levels of physical fitness, although it in terms of poor sports infrastructure and the corruption that undoubtedly affects sports administration in India.

A Report Card : 2 Yrs of Modi Govt.

Change is never easy and shake up the system makes more opponents. Just NDA led BJP govt. have accomplished their 2 years at office and there is a mix bag of achievements. As NDA led Modi govt. came to power with two key promises and it's time to evaluate his enactment on both, one promise was "Achhe Din" (Good day) with the slogan "Sabka Saath n Sabka Vikas" and while other was "Congress Mukt Bharat".

After 2014 general elections and recent state level elections results proclaiming itself example of "Congress Mukt Bharat" and can say NDA led BJP govt.is aggressively capturing the key power from Congress ruling states by one to another.

On development, Government has been taken several steps to revive the economy and maintain the GDP growth. As people wanted instant results for the whole thing whether it is in providing Jobs, dropping prices, improving agriculture, endorsing business and industry etc.

According to me; the feeling of "Achhe Din" is not that much of charismatic but we neither denied the development work done by the Modi government.

As we should have to feel proud for our Prime Minister as he has ideas to lead India and few of them who don't recognize it are either in denial or plain jealous and don't have the best curiosity of the country's at heart.

There is no doubts that govt. has worked relentlessly in every sector whether it is to booming economy, Agriculture, Railways, Foreign diplomats, Highways, Power, Satellite launching and etc.
On development, Modi took several decisions in the economic field, such as Make in India, Swachh Bharat (Clean India), Crop Insurance Programme, Clean Ganga, Skill India, Jan Dhan Yojana (People's Bank Plan), MUDRA loan scheme and several more. All these programs need to be implemented with purpose so that their results become evident quickly for the common men.

Gram Jyoti is rapidly laying infrastructure to electrify every single village in the city and while the National Highways is being built 18 KM on every day basis. Apart from a big achievement of the govt. is providing Subsidy on cooking fuels in the hands of Middlemen and needy people under Jan Dhan Yojana to launch "PAHAL" where subsidies are directly credited to bank accounts.

Modi led govt. has taken concrete step of subsidies energy prices and instantaneously moved to hike its target of renewable energy to 175 GW over the next 10 years. The another big success of Modi govt. in office, is that there is not a single huge corruption scandal or scam over the last two years and apart from this Modi has used India's soft power in Yoga, Culture, and Philosophy to good effect in the world.

During these two years in office Modi govt. enthusiasm in strengthening relations with many foreign dignitaries like US, UK, Central Asia, West Asia, SAARC Countries, France, Russia and other countries that have been fruitful as he has made foreign strategy a major element in India's domestic economic development.

These 2 yrs.in office Modi led govt. failed to deliver Jobs to the youth as of now still many graduate scholars are looking for a better career. The big hallow one is the Black Money promise, where NDA govt. promised to bring black money within 100 days after taking over the office.

Modi govt. has failed the diplomat's relationships with our neighbouring countries China, Pakistan and Nepal. As all these countries has been pushed by the Chinese.  Apart from Modi's vision of India ("Unity for all, development for all) is not been in action so far.

The Overall, a good sign of the Modi government is really transforming India. In short, much good has taken place over the last two years for which the new government deserves a lot of credit. But much more remains to be done in near future.

Another battle of the Cricket: India Vs Pak T-20 World Cup

Today’s match is all about for super Saturday. One match and unlimited entertainment with Fun, pressure. Winner will be one but entertainment will be high. . It’s a highly time for both Indian and Pakistani teams to play and win the match. It has been a long awaited international face-off between two rival’s teams India and Pakistan after the recent successful completion of Micromax T-20 Asia Cup where India Successfully won against Pakistan and captured the Trophy.

The Kind of hype in Today’s Kolkata match is clearly extraordinary. People from across the world want to be a part of eyewitness of the big occasion. It is not a match only for India –Pakistan contest. It is something to this encounter that makes is special. Where two cricketing giants fighting it out on the field is fodder for every individual crazy about the game. It is a fight for pride, for the honor of nation of the win, a rivalry that has little parallel in sport, for all that is scared in Cricket.

India –Pakistan cricket match like no other than fighting; fighting not like; what we read or hear on every day basis from the news but fighting is with Bat nd Ball and something that will included  with Clashes, Mind game Cricket Politics , formulate pressure on opponent team and  the reason behind this is the personal belongings.

People of India and as well soldiers on the duty at the border will not celebrate much if India wins or lose the game against Australia, South Africa or any other countries but while Cricket Comes with  Pakistan the celebration inevitably make more interesting.

India has never lost to Pakistan in an ICC World T20 encounter and the atmosphere is in favor of Indian Cricket team as they recently clinched the Asia Cup T-20 Trophy and will get much support from the cricket lovers as they’re playing in their own home turf ground.

Hoping so India-Pakistan match will not be one sided and game will be play more in entertaining way instead of any type of clashes between both team members. Finally as a cricket lover and a Citizen of India my only choice to support Indian Team and once again the time has come to India to defeat Pakistan and create another sensational winning History.

Jai Hind !!!

One Day is not enough for Women's Celebration

It is March 8, another new year to celebrate International Women’s day in the respect of Women/girls. The entire world is celebrating this day to not only showcase goodwill gesture towards women but to give solidarity and more empowered .Women who have more power or more resources invest in their families and their communities because they have more sense to understand  how to tackle every situations of life.

Every Person would agree and must be accept on this real fact Women/girls is world to them on the earth. They always stand to save their family members and ready to take any tough decisions at every walk of life; it may be Mother, Sisters, and wife and so on…

PM Narendra Modi, on his first speech during Independence Day was in girl’s favor that has earmarked a massive good signs across the World.  As he has launched a scheme Beti Bacho, Beti Padhao (Save the Girl Child, educate the girl child) and as well he also called on parents to teach their sons to respect women and girls, its proving that now India is started to appreciate complexity of women’s empowerment.

Since past many years there are numerous women who significantly contribute and brought social reform single handily in every sector such as politics, Sports, IT, education, acting and so on and received many prestigious awards in national and International level but still today our society never treat women as equal like men.

We Worship women as ‘Aadi Shakti’’ and on the other side we consider women as second gender. Still today many women are struggling for the basic need and their sex ratio is declining day by day? If the problem will be remaining same till longer then one day the entire world will be hopeless because women are the most beautiful creation of the god, it’s a treat to an eye to watch them respectively but not irrespectively.

As per the word by Father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi -that the women are equivalent to that of man in every walk of life and abilities whether its intellectual ability, mental ability or spirituality and hence they can do everything and can participate in every activity.

Celebrating one day towards Women/girls is not enough and it will not gonna help much but it’s only an admiration. Some Concrete steps are needed to order to make the ideal world which only exists in the books. Now the time has come to start considering women as an equal like men in each passing day.

Union Budget 2016 : People's Expectations

Every budget is a creature of the context in which it is made. It assumes more importance because when the BJP led NDA govt. took over in May 2014, they announced a series of positive steps for the Common man,
It is that time of the year when everybody is hoping that NDA led Central Govt. will deliver the Promise of ''Achchhe din'' (Good news), as every sections of the civilisations has more expectations than never before from the budget. As am not an economist nor an authorised person to accept my views in the world of high finance but as a citizen have many expectations from govt. in upcoming union Budget 2016-17, which will be launch within few hours from now by Finance Minister Arun Jaitely.

The Previous union budgets saw the NDA led Central government in a bid to boost investment and economic growth, took some of the tough promises to maintain the economic growth rates. However, many of the promises that the govt. still have to deliver. While the Countdown for upcoming Union Budget 2016-17 has begun and govt. has lot more challenges to maintain the progress of economic growth. As am agree that govt. can't be fulfil everyone's expectations but announcement must be people friendly.
India is on its way to evolving a superpower by 2020 and accordingly profile of the budget should be focus centric on India's economy growth. Overall, Budget must focus on people friendly and economic friendly such as; Start-ups, Skilled based Education. Digital India, Made in India, Taxation issues, Infrastructure, Agriculture, IT, Insurance, Job creations, Real Estate, and Security or Defence.

The Present Scenario is quite good and not good as to keep economy balance. The Falling crude oil prices are indeed good sign for the Indian economy but in other side the Agricultural growth having collapsed to less than 0.5% in the first two years due to La Nina climatic Phenomenon. This is something our country can't afford much longer because more than half of India's Population lives on Agriculture. We hope and pray that rains are normal this year and as well govt. will do some positive announcement in the favour of farmers who lost their crops due to natural calamities that will help to build up good relations between Govt. and farmers and that can help India to brace the emergency situation with a strong growth.

In Term of Budgetary allocation for Skill Based Education, we are among the lowest-which is really sad for developing country. The current demography of India, with its young Population one in every three graduates up to the age of 29 is unemployed according to a Labour Ministry report, it is an alarming sign because these are unable to become part of the growing middle class. Here major Focus on Skill based Education, not only Higher Education. India doesn't need any further higher institutions as yet; what it needs are the refurbishment of existing facilities that will helpful to create more Jobs among students.
The Budget Announcement must be more focus centric based in favour of Startups, Make in India and Digital India. As the Govt. is already given the final touches to its start-up policy but it can be more helpful to give start-ups an initial relaxation from taxes for one year. This will boost the confidence among investors. While the govt. has made successful "Make in India" its signature campaign, which should be highlighted more in every manufacturing industry. As well should have to focus on Digital India. recent threatening as we see with Kerala, JNU, Indian Forces as well as the Orissa govt. coming under cyber-attack. The government should allocate a specific amount in budget to work safe and confidentially.
India is standing out as a beacon of growth and stability in an otherwise troubled global outlook.  Rebate on Taxation should be allowed to encompass the entire tax payer class and not to be restricted to the salaried class only. The benefit of Tax rebel on Health care insurance and home loan.

The budget should not fight shy of making sizable allocations for Infrastructure development such as ''RURBAN'' (Urban and Rural divide and infrastructure) project because it will help to make India's vibrant economy.

Finally Hoping 2016-17 Union Budget will be good in terms of People friendly and Economy friendly.

The Dreams of Indian People

Recent Opinion of BJP president Amit shah’s notion; The Dream of Making India ‘’Vishwa Guru’’ will take another 25 years to restore India’s ancient glory and world number one status. But Today Indians are not going to wait for another 25 years because now Indians are start learning smart to take any such steps.

Gone of the Day when India is viewed as a third world Country. India is evolving and not just in one aspect. It is evolving kaleidoscopically –from the female empowerment to economically, to environment, to Political Diplomat relations, to Defence strategy and many more. .
Many of them heard about the American Dream. It promises equal opportunities and the chance for everyone to prosper through hard work. It is meant to be inclusive. Recently Chinese president XI Jinping declared that China has an inspirational and thoughtful dream. The Chinese Dream, no one quite knows what the actually China dream means. At the very least it seems to embody the Idea that will be the Number One Power in Asian stability and as well on earth. No other countries can take-off china in the future.

If Every Country has their Dreams then why not India should have their own Dreams? Today India’s keenly surging ahead in the world Map and no doubt if the whole world will start saying 21st Century will be India’s glory. India had a dream before 1947 that dream was to become an independent Country and it came true but today its dream all about a modernization and happier country.

Most of the Developed and developing Countries are start looking India in very different prospective views. Many foreigners have been coming to India for years and now it’s increases in numbers for a better lifestyles - be it spiritual, mental or Physical.  This is not only a Positive signal for us but also a golden opportunities to take back all our past glorious monuments.

While I was sitting in a Park, I have seen some youths like our age groups are talking about Indians dream and its glory. I was so surprised to see that Today’s youths are more conscious about to know India’s Future and its glory.  I was listening very carefully each one of thoughts and finally it gave me more confidence to explore my views about The Indians Dream.

India is Chaotic and Frustrating and very flawed, but the Potential is to succeed is for greater than its chances of failure. The Word ‘’Dream’’ captures the imagination, but frankly what we’re talking about is a vision that is grounded in reality, something actionable. Any National dream can be success more on ground when equality of its heart, Equality in terms of Gender, Age, Economic class, social caste and occupation will be no more differences and without this a dream of any nation cannot be national in scope.

As Indians dreamed of a modern digitalised India, a middle Income India, a happy and Swatch (Clean) India, A hygienic and most respectable India and finally but not the least ‘’Make in India’’. A very way step projected by our Hon'ble PM’s of India (Shri Narendra Modi). This all things where every Indians want to see in reality.

A valuable step via Indian government for the first time in Indian history. Indians all dream of being educated and this is the greatest hope of India.  Indians want more Freedom and modernization in both personal and social life. More Freedom in terms of more openness in our political and administrative systems. It should be more inspirational and thoughtful. Systems need to be in place for it to be attainable. The Majority has to have equal access to basic necessities like Food, Shelter, Healthcare, Education, employment and the Law. Modernization in terms of research and as well more focus on skills development.

After all, it is now tie to lay the red carpet for the Indian dreams in reality.

The Happiness Treatment.....Be a Hope for others

Life is Like a Photography. You have to look for the light and embrace it to get a picture perfect result – an anonymous. We should have to be more focus on the issue instead of baseless activity because our mind never stands on one Place.

Most of the time mind goes in negative and we feel much enjoyments in negative instead of Positive thoughts. Life is not a joke but it is a reality. You have to see as an opportunity or just pass it out. Enjoy every moment in an easy way. Think every moment as a dream and Try it out to fulfill in a reality.

Charlie Chaplin said that Life laughs at you when you are unhappy, Life smiles at you when you are happy… but, Life salutes you when you make others happy. Always try to make others life happy because it will not give you a pleasant peace but will also provide you a satisfaction.

Happiness is one of those experiences that we just know when it happens but still many of them in the world are awaiting for this experiences. If you need to think about whether you’re happy. You probably aren’t at that moment because Giving Happiness in others’ faces and getting returns in blessings are easiest way to achieve the goal.

The day when people will start realizing to give happiness in others’ lives. Helping others in a surprise manner then no one will be sad and finally again we can think about a happiness world.

We have to think the importance of our wonderful body structure and should not be forget to tell thanks to God for making such a wonderful. Why God has given Two Hands, Two Ears, and Two Eyes but have given only one Mouth. The Purpose behind is to come ahead for the good works, Listen more, be more conscious about the surrounding areas and finally talk less and do your homework.

Finally Life is a journey not a race and here there is not finished line so just enjoy it and fulfill the Happiness in others lives.
Be a Happy person !!!

One day is not enough for Mothers love

A Mother is a devine, best friend/caretakers. Her presence makes more inspirational and comfortable in lives. She is the first one who wakes up early in the morning and last to take rest in homes.

Every Second Sunday of Month May gives us an opportunity to celebrate the Motherhood as mother’s day but we are celebrate it with each passing day as gratefulness to mother’s love need not be confined to just one day.

Showing love towards mothers for one day is not enough because mother’s loves for their kids in any conditions never culminations at all.
I am so obliged for my mom taught me:  to say please and Thank you, to be smart with time and money, to be a good friend, to be a respective person, to forgive, to read and write, to share, to laugh, to play, to get some achievements, to be confidence, to cleanup, to be balance in life, to respect others, to love unconditionally, to be more passionate about work, to be successful person and finally keep your eyes for the Goals.

If children are start giving respect to their mothers on each passing day then none of the Old age home will be built. We have to learn so many things from our Inspirational mothers because she is not only a parent but also a best teacher and.no one in the world who has better management skills than our Moms. She knows her responsibility better than us. While she is in Office or at home or she is in some trouble but her love is pure and never-ending for her children.

Mom as a child I understand how much you love/care for me and you are the only one who is more inspirational than others in the world because what I am today’s it’s all blessing of yours only. On this auspicious day, I’ll be reflect in thankfulness-of all my achievements, degrees, victories and awards and able to say that I am your son and I miss you more than my words ever say.
